NPC Motivations
Every NPC wants something. Use their motivation to create quests, conflicts, or alliances. Even hostile NPCs can become allies if interests align.

The secret is for GM eyes only. Reveal it through investigation, interrogation, or as a plot twist. Secrets create depth and complications.
Dispositions
